We believe it is incredibly beneficial to equip members who desire to be shepherds. This will be a training opportunity that will submerge you in understanding doctrine, ecclesiology, teaching, and shepherding. This is open to anyone, male or female, who want to lead and shepherd others well. This is also a requirement for men who aspire to be an elder but, does not necessarily guarantee those who attend will become elders, yet allows you to see what comes along with an elder role in the local church. Pastor Matt will lead this on Sunday mornings in the Church Office from 6:30 - 7:30 AM.
