Easter
Our Savior has conquered the grave and made salvation possible for all who confess that Jesus is Lord! We are so excited that we get to celebrate this every Sunday, but especially on Easter each year. We would love for you to join us at Ovilla Road Baptist Church on April 20th at either 9:30 AM or 11:15 AM for our Easter Sunday services. We will not have Sunday school that morning. Senior Sunday
2025 senior graduates and their parents are invited to a breakfast held in their honor on Sunday, May 4 at 8:15 AM in the Student Center. We will celebrate the past and commit the future! If you have any questions email Jack Blakely at jblakely@orbc.org.
*Parents: If you choose to be a part of the morning, there is a special moment I want to prepare you for. We will laugh together and enjoy breakfast together, but most importantly there will be a time to connect with your student. To conclude our time, you (the parents) will get a moment to bless your child. The blessing is an opportunity to express your love and hopes for your son or daughter. It can be spoken, it can be written, you can read what you wrote, you can give a symbolic gift, etc. This special moment will be between you and your child, at your table, so feel free to use whatever form of encouragement is most valuable to your student. Make the most of the moment!
